Up for auction on ebay. Buddy's personal 8 string Beard guitar custom ordered and purchased by him in 1994 with Big "E" inlaid on fingerboard. I have documentation. Serial # 90484

Jeff,
Out of curiosity, did you get if from Buddy, or was there another owner in between. Just wondering what tuning he had on it?

Scott Camara said he was the 3rd owner. He got it from someone who worked for Buddy and Buddy had sold/given it to him, so it has had at least 4 owners.

He has had one or more of Buddy's O.M.I. Dobro® guitars for sale, and I think he still does.

I had two of Buddy’s Dobros , I got it from his estate sale after he passed away, and they came straight from his house.... they were10 and 6 string, both have certificates of authenticity signed and notorized by estate attorney... I still have ‘76 D60 6 string , and 10 string is now owned by Gary Morse.... Gary doesn’t have any intentions of selling his as far as I know, and Im not interested in selling mine either.... there was another metal body Dobro that belonged to Buddy, but it sold before I had a chance to get it....

Buddy Emmons 1976 Dobro D60
