| We have lost jazz guitar great Mundell Lowe at age 95. Somewhere I have an early 90s episode of Main Street Jazz (from PBS I think) which featured Mundell, Bucky Pizzarelli, and Charlie Byrd jamming out. All were in their 70's at the time, but still cookin'! Great player from a great era. |

| Mundell Lowe was truly a Jazz Guitar icon. I recall reading that he learned a lot from listening to the great piano player, Art Tatum. He had a wonderful career, having played with some of the greatest Jazz artists of all time. May he RIP. |
