I'm selling my BX500 back-up amp, there are no issues, the amp works and sounds great. The case has a standard U-ground plug so any extension cord will fit. Also included is a short 3ft. power cable that fits inside the case. I use these amps with the bottom cover removed to help with air circulation and have installed tall rubber feet to accommodate air flow. It will be shipped with the bottom cover attached. It also has a tuner/headphone jack installed on the top far right (next to power switch) for convenience. The speaker jack is located right above the power connection. There are a couple of pieces of velcro stuck to one side, other than that this amp is in great condition!
