Today while visiting with Mike Young I got to play his Marrs, [compared to Mike I just hacked on it] Wow what a guitar, smooth as butter, makes me want to look into getting one..

Duane Marrs builds a nice guitar. I've had a D-10 Rosewood and a S-10D Black mica that he built. This was back in the mid 90's somewhere. The S-10D had a KL that put the E9th in a A6th or something. It's been so long I don't remember. Some of the cabinets with the lacquer and designs are beautiful instruments made by Marrs also. He's a good man to deal with.

Billy,,

I was really impressed with the smoothness of the pedals, and knee levers, and tone to die for.. LOL..

I'm getting a bunch of stuff together for a "6 Months on Marrs" post, and it's all good.

I like especially the light TRUE pedal action, and NO cabinet drop that I can tell.

There were a couple things I changed for my own liking, but it was SO nice to be able to with a minimum of fuss.

More later in the month.
