My Luna Lap Steel had wiring problems and I didn't like the stock pickups. I added a two humbuckers, and a solderless kwickplug harness. All I did was remove the old wiring and pickups and installed the new without having to do any soldering. Works great!

Fine job Dave. Looks great. I bet it sounds good too.

I was considering buying some parts from them, but the reviews I read were not too good. Would you care to share your purchasing experience with Guitar Fetish? Thanks, JO.

I ordered 3 pickups, parts and the wiring harness. They were shipped fast and everything was as advertised. The two pickups for the lap were $63 so I didn't expect much. The neck pickup is great, warm and clear for jazz stuff. The bridge pickup was supposed to be high output, but doesn't sound like it. The wiring harness was easy to install. The tone pot is either on or off, but since I keep mine full on, so this was not an issue. Since the wiring harness is plug and play, I will probably put one of their P90 pickups in the bridge. I have ordered several times and have been happy with the service and the products. I have used 4 sets of their stainless steel saddles and they are good for tele.

Thanks for the feedback Dave. I've been considering one of their vibrato units for straight guitar and a few other odds and ends. Your info is very helpful.

Great looking axe, BTW.

I have used 5 or 6 Guitar fetish bridge pickups on cheap builds (6 String). 30-35 dollar price range. They aren't George L's but very good for the price. Prompt service.

If you go to the site, search for lap steel. They have a lap steel metal bridge and metal nut. They also have lap steel bodies called the power slide for $79.95. Looks like the Peavey model.
