Patrick,
Have you considered a Victoria tweed amp?
The construction is superb, like going back to the 50'S and buying a new one. Even the cabinet is the correct aged pine.
The double deluxe is like two Deluxe's in one. It has 30 watts via 4 6V6 power tubes and two 12" speakers. If you are interested in one, I might sell mine. It is like new. Check them out online.
regards,

I’ve heard Joel Patterson play through a Victoria with his 66 (?) Epiphone Riviera guitar live. Beautiful sounding amp and I would agree about the quality. They are definitely worth a look if you’re trying to find a 5B3 Tweed. |

I have one original tweed Pro that sounds wonderful, but it stays at home. There is a lot to be said about having all new components in an amp, especially if they are as close to original as possible. Sorry. not meaning to take over your post.
