On Sunday afternoon, November 19th, I will have the pleasure and the privilege of playing twin steels with Mr. Lucky Oceans, original steeler and co-founder of Asleep at the Wheel. He'll be sitting in with my western swing band, Beats Walkin', and we'll be trading licks (and I'll be stealing his...) and having a Grand Ole Time. If you're anywhere in the greater Philadelphia area, be sure to catch this very special event, as Lucky lives in Australia and only rarely plays in the USA these days.
