Beautiful Alvarez Yairi DY 91, flamed Koa wood sides and back, 100% curl throughout Abalone inlay everywhere, well matched intense green color. Guitar is mint, no scratches or dings, low action, original case. The pictures don't really capture how it looks in real life. A real masterpiece, signed by master Kazuo Yairi. If you have questions you can reach me at classic_co@hotmail.com or phone 541-997-7561. Thank you. Price is dropped to $1295.

With pearly inlay all over, gold h/ware, exotic tone woods, this model run is close to a "presentation grade" Alvarez Yairi to my eyes. The sound is there too, as near a late '50's to early 60's Martin dread as my ears could wish for. Unique and stunning as a Nazareth unit for far less $$. Curious why Wayne is letting go of so nice an acoustic.
How is it I know? Since 2007 I've been playing this same model, except for the case this one is in, (my case is a flat sided one) all identical features. This one has an upgraded case, for sure. Only thing I put on mine is pearl tuner buttons, for xtra bling.
Don't miss out, would make a gift for some one to treasure/play, with heirloom looks!
👌👍

Hi Guys; I was told it is a 1992, nut appears to be about the same as a Gibson. I think the Koa back and sides are laminate, top is solid.

Sorry to hear that, Wayne, was surely a great guitar. I have a much lower echelon Alvarez, truly great value.

🤦‍♂️ Oh no. Hope it is spotted .. not easy to miss. Pass word to Craig's list cruisers, Wayne.
A local prospect who "backed-out" may be a red flag too. Then again, never know 'who told who' about it.
