Those are called Thumb-Screws, and they press onto the top of an Allen Screw (use a vice but don't dent the threads).
They have them at Ace Hardware in the drawers near the Allen Head screws.
The only thing is, depending on your Sierra model, there may or may not be enough room for side-by-side thumb tuners.

I would take that Part to the Hardware store and find the right size replacement Allen Screw, and then find the right size Thumb Screw cap for the new Allen screw, and eye-ball it I guess Smile Maybe the guy can vice-press two together for you so you can try it right then and there.
Note to self... Don't damage any of the original threads or lose any of the original parts Smile

You would have to contact Jim Palanscar at Steel Guitars of North County, for that part.

McMaster/Carr has both the thumb screw heads and the allen screws. That's where I bought mine.

I looked at my Session Series S12U, and yes, the tuners are farther apart, and also the front row is at an angle, so there is plenty of room for Thumb Screw tuners.
I now see on the model pictured, the holes are closer, so you may be best to just stay with the original design.
Maybe there is a more ergonomic tuning wrench that you can find.
My recommendation at this point would be to just tune up and play Smile
fwiw, other Keyless brands like Williams still also use the tuning wrench at both ends for both open-strings and raise/lower tuners.

Pete, yes the ones on the guitar work perfect, but just trying to update. That is the only problem I have with Sierra is you cannot get parts plus the new guitars are way out of my league....thanks jack

Sierra revised the keyless tuning plate in order to allow for the thumb screw to fit. I seem to recall that the straight plate would not accommodate that option. While Sierra is a popular steel guitar and I have been providing support for the older models for years now and have hundreds of parts, there are some parts that simply don't exist in my inventory and the demand for them is not sufficient to justify having a quantity reproduced consequently I try to find a used part or make "one-offs" for folks needing them when possible if a new part is not available. This is a labor of love for me and the economical reward could never justify the time required to produce the parts.

The ones in the picture near the top of the post are Shear-Loc's. I believe the supplier is. In Orange County, Southern California. Outlets such as Mc Master-Carr and Reid Tool are Good sources.
