help setting up Deusenberg Pomona 6 @2010

I recently purchased a used Deusenberg Pomona 6 lap steel, circa 2010. It shipped with the levers disassembled. I'm a OK guitar player, but a lousy mechanic. I know te exact tuning that I want to set up, but so far I have not been able to make it work.
I will pay someone decent money to walk me through ( skype or facetime, or on the phone ) the steps of attaching the levers correctly and installing strings on the guitar (if necessary).
