Hi Gang

I have a chance to buy this guitar, D8 in VG condition, blonde, all original, electronics working for $650.00 shipped. I have to do this, right?

Looks like a Freddie Tavares model with a tweed case that got the Krylon effect. It's a steal at that price.

Looks like the case was painted...but yeah buy it or I'll give the guy 900.00 for it right now.....or I know 10 guys that will.

$650. shipped was a great deal! Too bad the case was painted, but at least you can take it around and be a little more low-profile: not having that tweed case beaming "STEAL ME!".

The neck selector switch is a 'stratocaster' switch instead of the slider or push buttons. Also I had a tweed case that got the Krylon effect and if you are real careful with the paint remover, you can get most of that off. I don't remember what I used, it was 13 years ago.
