I awoke a thread from the past, I did a search first and this is all I could find, but it's in Tablature so it may not get enough traffic to be noticed. So I am reposting here too.
Can anyone tell me, from the historical records, who played steel on the jukebox version of this George Jones tune. I wanna guess Jimmy Day but I've been wrong before?
There are some head tilting/ear bending changes in the pads and fills.
Thanks all. _________________ Lawyers are done: Emmons SD-10, 3 Dekleys including a D10, NV400, and lots of effects units to cover my clams... |

Thanks Brian. I appreciate it.
For some real brain exploding pads and fills check out "It's a Sin" by George as well. No question who was pickin' them strings....
Jimmy even makes the strings "growl".. _________________ Lawyers are done: Emmons SD-10, 3 Dekleys including a D10, NV400, and lots of effects units to cover my clams... |
