Virtually all the House of God steel players in Florida were influenced by Aubrey Ghent and his father, Henry Nelson. I'm not positive, but Aubrey and Daryl Blue may be related. Ghent was a huge influence on Daryl.

Chuck Campbell's father was raised in South Florida by members of the Blue family.

Willie Blue, an early one-man-band guitarist, was a distant relative to the Lee Boys.

I think that may be the 1956 Fender DeLuxe I sold to Daryl several years ago. If so, he has painted it--blue, of course.
