I hope you like my cover of Lloyd Green..."So Sad" I think Lloyd Green is one of the very best Steel Pickers in this world.
It is a challenge to try to figure out his Steel Licks. Lloyd play's the melody of a song so beautiful...sometimes I just get lost in it. Thank you Lloyd for all you have done for Steel Guitar Pickers all over the world. Smile

You've done it again, Bill...that's beautiful! What a great example of what a steel guitar should sound like - as always your tone, sustain, and super clean picking are on display. Thanks for posting. -Jeff

Very nice Bill!
But I have a question: I was just now playing along with my acoustic and I figured out that the song is in the key of C. But I saw you were on the second fret a lot (instead of the third). Makes no sense to me. Is your steel tuned a half step up or was it only the camera angle?

Must be the camera angle...because I didn't play on the second fret...Played on the 3rd fret.

Wow, great job Bill. I have to admit that when I play a sad song it is downright pitiful. Laughing
