I'll try keep this short...... bought. TCA 500 at the Dallas show March of this year 2017. It started to intermittently cut out. We tried to trouble shoot it over the phone. Didn't do it again until later at which time I had my girlfriend video what was going on. I sent the video to Sophie at Telonics. Shipped the amp back to them at their cost, they repaired it and sent it back. Total turnaround time only 7 days. That's what I call GREAT customer service. Top notch people, products and service! Hard to beat in this day and age, with so many products produced off-shore.
I have spent several months fighting with Samsung over a defective sound bar for my Samsung TV. According to their policy, I had to send it in to have it repaired twice, before they would finally agree to exchange it for a new one (after numerous phone calls to their customer service department) which of course is off-shore.
I'm now waiting to call their domestic customer service department, which is only open for business from 2PM to 5PM Eastern time M-F. I have to arrange (for the third time) for a shipping label to send in my defective unit, before they will send out a new one. Hopefully, this new unit will have a full year warranty included. _________________ Best regards,
