I have a sho bud slimline their is a bracket that goes on the pedal bar not sure if I have to drill holes to mount it .can anyone tell me or send a pictures thank you

The bracket should slide on the inner rail of pedal bar and lock in place where desired with allen set.

Yes Judd, the nuts must slide into the bottom slot on the pedal bar rail. You may have to loosen the allen set quite a bit and then tighten it in the desired location, usually in line with where your right leg/knee lever brackets are mounted.
