I was listening to Buck Reid's great CD "A Work in Progress" this morning (for the zillionth time) and thought folks might enjoy "Kelsey's Song". What a pretty tune....

Thanks guys... really appreciate the comments. I started writing "Kelsey's Song" in the mid 90's for my oldest daughter. Took me a few years of tweaking to get it where I wanted it before recording it and it is one that's near and dear to me for sure.
I feel that it offers some unique chord voicings using the standard A+B pedals along with my RKL which raises strings 1,2 and 7.
As mentioned... for those interested... you can find it along with a few other tunes at www.BuckReid.com
Head on over and get yourself a copy or two... or 50!
Thanks again!! _________________ www.BuckReid.com |

Buck,
Your playing blows me away. I couldnt imagine the countless hours and mind set to coming up with this song, not to mention having a special connection from the steel to your soul that you definately have. You were a main inspiration when I first started and still are. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and sharing your gift. |
