where can you buy laminate to redo your PSG? something that will have some color [ diamond back pattern blue green ]like the Justes guitars have.

Wilson Art or Formica

You should be able to order direct. If not, they will have a list of vendors.

Some guitar builders use drum wrap material. Looks great too!

Jerry,is there a cabinet shop near you?Often they have scraps of laminate left over from counter tops or other projects that would be more than enough to redo a steel guitar.It might be hard to find something you like,however.
