Any preference on good 12 inch speakers to put in this amp for steel. _________________ JCH/SD10 ,ZUM,D10 ,Rosewood Emmons Push Pull,T8 Fender Stringmaster.Nashville and Session 400,Walker Stereo Steel,Boss Katana 100 and John Hughey's Vegas 400.Hilton Pro Delay,Telonics Volume Pedal, Steelers Choice Seat,Live Steel Strings. |

Dunno about the Patriot, but I have a pair of Eminence Legend EM12-Gs in my Ultralinear Twin and they sound great.. I don't know why, but I had been under the impression that the Patriot was designed for early breakup. This leads me to think it would not be very steel friendly. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

I had a pair of Eminence Patriot "Screamin' Eagles" in my Twin Reverb. Pretty good speakers but nowhere near as good as JBLs or Altecs. |
