Going along with what has been said. I encourage special you new steelers to join William's broadcast and let him show you the way to approach this journey. Many of us tried this on our own only to fail or develop bad habits and believe me it takes for ever to correct this bad habits. 20 bucks for 4 weeks, that will one of the biggest bargains you ever get on this journey.
