The new steel guitar Half and Half is here!

This is by far the most versatile and affordable version of the Milkman steel guitar concept, and I am really excited to get this into people's hands! It took a year to shrink this guy down in size and price - there's a lot of tuna in the can, and the end result is something I am really excited about.

Note: I am working on a compact 12" combo Half and Half which will be available fall 2017 with a custom Milkman neo speaker. That amplifier will come in at 25 pounds, and the price is still TBD. Yes, you read that right - 25 pounds.

I have some of these in stock, in both colors, ready to go:

So whats different?

Smaller form factor - lighter weight (12lbs)

XLR output with independent level control (post effects) Means you can use this as a standalone preamp with tube EQ and reverb with no speaker attached, or take a balanced line out in addition to using a speaker.

Combination speakon jacks also accept 1/4"

Dual 8ohm output (4ohm minimum load)

    Dwell control for reverb system

    Bright Switch

    120V or 240V operation

    Lower price!

I bought one and could not be happier, this is the most easy amp to EQ that I have ever owned. The sound is awesome with both my pedal steel and my guitar as well. I love the full lush reverb. This amp also take pedals very well and the weight is a big plus. Great job Tim!
