I can get you a new Little Roy Wiggins if you don't find anything else. Seems like they're around $250 but I'm just guessing. I can check if you need me to.

i have a morrell "little roy", and it's a pretty good guitar for the money. my main complaint with it is that the string spacing is pretty narrow. the pickup is a 6-string, so they had to crowd the strings together to get them all over the pickup. still, it's perfectly functional, and sounds pretty good. you can get them for $250, and that's a good deal for a u.s. made guitar.

Is this the same Little Roy Wiggins model that's listed on Bobbe's Steel Guitar site? I'm interested in that guitar... How narrow is the spacing (in millimeters, or fractions of an inch)?

yes, same guitar. the string spacing on mine is: 2 7/16 outside, and 5/16 string-to-string. i'm going to make a new bridge for mine, with string spacing that matches my telecaster, so switching instruments mid-song isn't so difficult.

Tim, would you be interested in a GeorgeBoards?
It's the one on my website, and as much as I love it I find myself playing very little 8-string, so I figure it would be better off with someone who'll actually play it.
Problem is the huge difference in prices between Norway and the US/Canada. I would prefer to sell it locally because I can get more money for it here, but it seems like it's hard to sell in Norway so I'll consider selling it internationally.

You find my email address on my website if you're interested.
