The Denver Steel Guitar Show will be held June 24-25 at Dougie G’s Lounge (10217 Quivas St., Thornton, Co. 303-438-6700) www.myvfwpost7945.org/dougie-g-s-lounge.html . Tickets are $10. Some of the previous players and their bands have included Bob Case, Chuck Lettes, Daniel Jones, John Arnold, Tony Ortega, Bret Billings, John Macy, and Paul Carestia. Expect to hear a wide variety of steel guitar (pedal and non-pedal) in concert. I’ll post more information as it becomes available.
