I think you should email them about that, Herb. ... but you'll probably get as nice a response as I did when I emailed the famous British guitarist who stole one of my photos from my site before I put all but the thumbnails in Flash files.... I told him that I took the photo of my own guitar and the photo had been on my site for "around 5 years". He said he'd had his site up for well over 5 years and therefore I couldn't have possibly had it before him and I was a liar. A child would be able to tell the same exact photo, the grain of the wood and even a bit of glare were identical. Some people. Where do they get such nerve?

Another guitar site did the same thing with several of my photos, but when I emailed them about it they were kind enough to apologize and give me credit.

Several others of my photos turned up in bogus Ebay auctions a few years ago. That's why they're all stamped jimphelps.com and put into Flash files now. They can still be stolen, if a person wants to go to enough trouble, but you can't just right-click and copy them.

Gheez...

Everything you could want. Except the steels.

Just adds to the mystery. Maybe they really aren't making new S-Bs anymore. Just pretending.

I wish sho-Bud was building steel guitars again, that would be really cool if they did.

I'm Glad Sho~bud isn't building Pedal Steel Guitars today or being re-manufactured; because it would give the "REAL sounding Sho-bud a bad Name. The Real Sho-bud died in 1978; so let it rest in piece.
If you want a Real Sho-bud with a Real Sho-bud sound; get one made before 1976 and have it re-stored in it's original form; then you'll have it.

Hey Ricky, I have a sho-bud super-pro built in 1980 (sn 15010) that Shot personally delivered!!!!
Everyone says it's defiently the show-bud sound. Dave Musgrave blessed it!

Correct Rick!...the sound the guitar is a matter of opinion..... just wanted you to know Sho-Bud made a superior guitar after 1976:

Your opry clip was very nice, you didn't seem nervious. Nice playing, where can I hear more?

thanks for being here!!!!

Hey Thanks Delbert for the kind words.
I've played on almost 100 CDs and commercials; so if you do a little search on my name(and weed through the famous "Ricky Davis Basketball player..ha); you can come up with plenty to listen to that I played on. Or there are some featured songs in my Music and Video Section
Have fun.
