Playing Lefty

Hello all....I have given my valco to my brother...its 1960 nice.. My queustion is....will it sound reasonably good enough to play...I guess Im asking about the pickup..i call it ouhu style...thx...God Bless all here.

I've never heard of "ouhu" style.. "Oahu" ? -- hopefully a typo, and meaning Hawaiian music.
That PU will work the same with right or left handed setup strings. He will need a new nut, or at least widen the narrower string slots to start out, and the strings need to be the same level across the top.
