I'd bet someone out there knows?
Where can I get those Stand for holding the steel upside down for working on it?
I saw Mickey Adams had them on his video about adjusting all pull guitars.
However he just remembered buying them off e-Bay but not who was selling them.

These screw into the leg sockets and keep the guitar elevated enough to pick the string underneath while doing adjustments and other set up work.
If you know who makes or sells these please drop a response.
Thanks,
Andy

Bob Cox makes them. I've got some and they're exactly what you need. Not sure if he still makes them, though...

Thanks Skip.
But I see the last post to him was a year ago.
Sent a reply to his post as well as to his e-mail.
Now wait to see if there is an answer.
I wonder if anyone knows how much they are and if he still sells them.
Actually his first design with 1/8 inch bent aluminum looks east to make a set.
Just getting them level would be the trick.
Thanks again,
Andy

I lay down a bath towel on a table, and with the guitar assembled, I just stand it up sideways on the table, keyhead-end down. Removing the right rear leg then gives you easy access to the changer, and any small parts you may drop just land on the towel, and not under a cluster of rods, or down in the changer. This method also allows you complete access to the tuning keys, so you can tune it, as necessary, without moving the guitar or turning it over. Cool

Thanks again.
The wooden one will not work because I have two guitars and am buying two more plus working on three.
The towel thing is too unstable.

Thanks to all of you.
I got hold of him and just sent off the PayPal.
They are $32.00 for a set he said are stronger and better than before.
Also $8.50 for shipping.

Instead of using the rear legs, I recommend a couple of bolts
