Doug Jernigan sells transcriptions of at least 3 or 4 albums of mostly jazz standards. His C6 copedant is sufficiently idiosyncratic that I found them not very useful. Lotsa great tunes, though.

You should check out Jim Stahlhut's book. It includes standard tab of steel solos you have listened to as well as plenty of licks and songs.

You can find it at jimstahlhut.com

I found the lack of rhythmic notation on Jernigan's book I have to be annoying, but since my Bb6 tuning is different in many ways I'm used to figuring out other ways to play other people's tunings.

In general, almost any good C6 course, combined with a good jazz book like Ligon's Connecting Chords Through Linear Harmony, will get you pretty far.

Herbie Wallace, Doug Jernigan, Buddy Emmons - they will all give you the basic tools to extrapolate the info into playing straight ahead jazz.

Also, play through books of transcriptions like the Charlie Parker Omnibook.

Plenty of info out there, just not a "one size fits all" book, exactly

Christopher pretty much nails it. Obviously we all have our own tunings so there isn't a one size fits all method but with a little thought you can usually come up with a way to play most instructional material.

There are quite a few courses of tab available. Buck Reid's charts of the tunes on his A Work In Progress are very good.
