what was the original speaker that came in the webb 614e amps and whats a another goode speaker to have in it if it dont have the orginal thanks |

It was a JBL but I don't remember the model number.
I think a Peavey Black Widow 1401 would be a good 2nd choice. |

As I recall, they used JBL K130's for several years. I believe the later models were JBL E130's. Neither speaker is made anymore, but they come up for sale here occasionally.
If they take a 4 ohm speaker, Peavey Black Widow 1501 is a good choice or perhaps the older issue 1502 BW with the chrome dome if you can find one. Never heard of a Peavey 1401 though.
There are also lighter weight neo speakers built by Eminence EPS 15C that has been popular among steel guitarists. |
