| Lost my reverb in my NV112. Worked perfect yesterday. One thing I did notice is that if you jar the amp you can barely hear the spring noise. When it worked you could bump the amp just a little and it was loud. (Normal noise) |

| I did put the Ken Fox Mods in last fall. No problem with them. Worked fine. I checked them to see if one of them worked loose. All snug. |

Sounds like a wire leading to the coil inside the reverb tank has broken. You may be able to resolder it if there is enough surface where it attaches. Otherwise, you'll have to replace the tank. If you do, try here: http://www.accutronicsreverb.com/ .
I ordered one from there once for my Roland and was surprised that the new one had connectors where the wires attach to the coil, meaning much less of a chance of it breaking in the future. |

If you need a reverb tank, I have an original tank that was just removed from a NV112.

Check the molex connector that connect the tank to the amp chassis. Well documented in the Electronics section...

| Thank you Jeff and Bill. It was a simple fix. I took out the tank and removed the RCA plugs from the tank and cleaned them with rubbing alcohol and Q tip. I was surprised to see the corrosion on the male part of the plug. |

| There is no "Molex Connector" for the reverb in the NV112 like there are in older Peavey's such as the NV400. The 112 (and 1000) use a different type of connector and it hasn't been a problem. |

Wow! Good catch. Wish I had gotten that lucky. Nope, mine broke twice... First time I resoldered the wire... Second time, it broke right at the coil. |
