Doubleneck (standard guitar on top/Melobar on bottom) Telobar = $385, and, Tele style Melobar = $265. Plus shipping.
Both blanks, customize it to a 8-string, 6-string, whatever you want.

All of the original Melobar necks are Alder.
The bodies vary, the tele style bodies are one piece Alder at 6 quarter to reduce weight and make them comfortable to play.
The Double neck bodies are laminated using a standard guitar body on top from different suppliers, Tone Bomb made one of the bodies which is a high end blank, and a supplier from Ohio did the other three, all four of the Telobar standard body tops are pine to reduce weight and the bottom Melobar body is Poplar. There is definitely an increase in sustain on the Telobar double neck set up just because there is so much wood mass. Even though the body is tapered and shaped on the back to make sure it weighs less than a Les Paul.
