I have a Goodrich pedal and one of the rubber feet on the bottom is missing. Where could I get a quick replacement for it?

http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=309002&highlight=feet+vol+volume+pedal maybe some help here.

The rubber coated metal sealing washers for metal buildings etc. make good feet but they're shorter so you'd have to replace them all. Big box hardware stores have those. Faucet washers work too.

If Radio Shack is still open in your area. They would have them in the parts section.
Or you might try Jim Palenscar, he took over Goodrich a few years ago.

Bill Ferguson sells them in a set of four. He is a Goodrich dealer.

I have both kinds. The bad thing is our postal service has postage costs so high it is ridiculous to mail a small item. I would gladly give you one or a set of four but postage is more than value of the parts. The way my post office charges it would be almost $3.00 postage to a USA address, even more to Canada. The current pedals use the sealed washers we find at Lowe's used to screw siding to metal buildings.
