1932 National Style 4 Square Neck tricone. All original, my family has owned since new. Never any repairs, sounds great and has been stored under a bed and not used for over 75 years. This guitar was the top of the line and very rare. German silver body with pearloid headstock overlay. This was the very best of the Nationals. The engraving is absolutely amazing in a chrysanthemum design. Original case goes with the guitar. Call or email with any questions - 814-266-9197, bhorten10@gmail.com. $5,000 plus shipping.

I can't buy it, but I just had to say that is the most stunningly beautiful National I have seen in a very long time. Good luck with your sale. |

The engraving pattern on the top continues from body onto the coverplate. This wasn't always how it was done (coverplate was plain), but 1931-32 was the time of "flow-through" engraving. _________________ "Gopher, Everett?" |
