Just got this about a month ago but I want to get a D10 I have decided. So...
Up for sale is an early '60s Fender 1000 long scale with jazz master style pups but later sunburst finish. 8 pedals with an added knee lever (LKL). This Guitar is super clean. It has roller bridges as well as roller nuts, original case (leg and rack case a missing handle so there is a temporary one there), original ashtrays. All shiny parts are beautiful! Finish is pretty clean few dings and checking. The knee lever is tunable and folds so it still fits in the case. Springs have been replaced with lower tension but I will include original springs.
$1250 plus actual shipping

Andrew, I have a '64 2000 I'm thinking about selling if and when you are interested. I already have a nice 1000 so I'm not interested in a trade unless you have a good quality weissenborn you don't want. Pete W. btw, pretty 1000! |

Peter, thanks for the offer but I would only consider trading for a more modern guitar. I have a 400, as well, that I am keeping because I do love these old fenders but I'd like to get something that is a little more care free. |
