This tune was a hit for the The Shadows back in 1963. I only recently discovered it. I thought it might work well on steel. The guitar is a 1970's Emmons 8-string lap steel. C6 tuning w/high G. Thanks for listening.

Great, my first single.(1962?) The Shadows were famous in Europe. Nice playing and great tone, I will try it on my C6th neck too. You are an inspiration!

Great, I really enjoyed that Doug. The Shadows instrumentals were always very melodic. Another one that suits the steel is Wonderful Land.

Thanks for the kind comments. I agree that Wonderful Land is another great melody that would work well on steel. Maybe someday I'll try that one.
