for my computer, the resolution is too low to identify anyone (maybe I need to put on my cheaters).

They're well known musicians, two steel players included Smile

That looks like Gram Parson and band. Maybe FBB. I think I see Rusty Young and Sneaky Pete. I didn't really try to identify any of the others.

Number 2 is Gene Clark, same haircut as on the "Fantastic Expediton Of Dillard And Clark" cover.
Number 10 is not Al Perkins, but Gene Parsons

#6 is Jon Corneal, drummer for Gene Clark, and a bunch of 60's country stars.

Wow! Let's see. Gram Parsons band, FBB, Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, Poco, Eagles, Souther-Furay-Hillman, Dillard-Clark, the Dillards, Desert Rose Band, for starters....so many more configurations and variations and so much fabulous music from the country rock pioneers in this photo.
