a very nice condition(9+) with a Mcintyre feather GF-30 pickup. Rance built this for me a couple years ago, all mahogany, maple binding, rosewood bridge/fretboard, abalone dot inlay on fretboard. comes with a hardshell case.

1 15/16" nut width
2 7/16" saddle string spacing

has a nice loud voice with sustain and resonants acoustically. nonsmoking home. very clean and no dings or scratches that i can see. very well USA made.
has a really nice rosewood headstock veneer. classy build, plays easy and sounds very nice.
I have excellent references on the AGF, mandolinCafe, and the Banjohangout(can be provided).
