I realize it may be a long shot, but I recently acquired a D8 Stringmaster that's missing a bridge cover. I can't afford the $85 ones on ebay. Does anyone have one they might sell at a fair price? Thanks.

Jeff,
There are two types of bridge covers.
The early model Stringmasters had a cover that screwed directly to the body.
The later model Stringmasters were mounted on a rod so they could be pivoted up to get at the blend control.
The covers are not interchangeable.

I would buy it if you find it. The fair price is only going up on these rare steels and there parts.
