I own and use a 112. Extremely useful amp. I use also use a 1000 - a house amp where I work. They're both great. I do like the 15' larger cabinet better. I bet the new 115 is a hoss.

Having designed and manufactured many models of steel amplifiers since the early '70's, we have incorporated this knowledge with the current technology of the time and packed it all in our amplifier chassis. Check out this article from our website;

We have just released and began shipping the new Session 115 and Robert Randolph amplifiers.

Should you have further questions, I can be reached toll free at 1-877-732-8391, ext. 1180. Don't forget the Nashville 112 amplifier!

Mike, thanks. When are the Peavey Session 115s gonna be ready? Also which Peavey amp would you say would be best suited for both Pedal Steel and Telecaster?

The design is finalized at this point, but we have build quantities of them and ship them to our dealers. It takes at least two or three production runs to make a dent. Sorry for the delay.

It has been a little while since anyone has contributed to this discussion thread. I'm really looking forward to some update on the Session 115, particularly as it compares to the Nashville 112.

I understand that the 115 is a monster 500 watt stereo and a 250 watt mono amp. Comparing to an 80 watt 112 may not be fair to the 112 !

I use the 112 almost exclusively , 6 gigs /mth, with the big brother N400 for backup for the large stages which these days is not often.

I will for certain check out a 115 when they are around.

PV , as usual, is on top of their game here.
