I really like Greg Booth's arrangement for Dobro of this wonderful tune and learned it last weekend (instead of constructing a chicken coop. It was much too cold ...). So here it is (video):

Nice work. Is that standard dobro tuning? Is the tab available?
I watched your Smoke in the Water while I was there. Really fun.
How do you do all the different camera angles? Must be a lot of work to edit that together.

The tuning is E-B-D-G-B-D, low to high. Sorry, I have no tabs. But the arrangement is by Greg Booth, maybe you'll ask him (search him on the web. He's the dobro player for the Kathy Kallick Band ...)
And about them different camera angles: I record the song first and then do some playbacks, filmed from different angles (hard to play it always the same ) ... |

What program do you use for the video/audio and how do you sync up all those takes to the music?
Thanks, John
PS. That is almost standard guitar tuning. |

nice playing, man! that still retains a hell of a lot of the harmony for a solo steel guitar arrangement. dig it.
the descending line in the bridge is quite nice. |

For editing, I use a software called "Pinnacle Studio 12". It's similar to Windows Movie Maker ... |
