This was a video shoot for DT Huber, a Baltimore americana noir singer-songwriter, titled "Red Hot Moon". It was recorded live, but (sometimes it seems, as usual for pedal steel guitar) the video for the steel solo was replaced with random footage by the producer.

I hope you enjoy watching this.

Nice work, Susan! Good to hear you on something like this. (Also, nice work on Mary Halverson's new one!)

Thanks, Dale, Dan and Mickey.

Dan, I'm glad you like the Mary Halvorson Octet album - that's one record I really happy that I did. Mary is truly a genius, and she (now) knows how to write for the pedal steel guitar. It's one of perhaps my favorite of all the group albums I've done (and it's nice that the record is getting a of press).

Mickey, I still have the MSA (actually twoS-12's and one D-10 - plus an Anapeg S-12 which is an incredible guitar), but when I play a gig that calls for some E9th, I take the p/p Emmons - I have too; it sounds so beautiful on its own that all I have to do is sit behind it and move my fingers around. It does all the work.

Wow that was very enjoyable!
Beautiful playing and cool to see the C6 in action, I really know very little about that neck.
Cheers
