Folks...While I have never met Ed Packard, I am a fan of the creative effort that he authors from time to time...
One of my favorites is this article from the forum's link section.
This article is 'required reading' for anyone wanting to enter the fray of the debate of ET vs. JI...Warning - it might make you agnostic between the two systems.
I just find this analysis intriguing at many levels.

Tom...that was along time ago when this Forum was just getting started. There are some "stupids" in the writing that I never bothered to correct...see if you can find them.

Yup, my friend Ed has probably never ever thought "in a box". His tuning explanations are super and to illustrate the point in my first sentence, just take a look at his new Sierra. Between he and "Mr. Smooth", the 14 string horns may be the way of the future.
