Does anyone have this with a CD instead of the records? Where can I get the CD version?

I've already recorded the vinyl to .wav's on my studio PC. If you can't find original CD source material and you own the book I'd be happy to send you the .wav's.

I've seen what is described as a CD version on Jimmie Crawford's website but since his passing I don't know what the status of future sales will be.

Mike Sweeney and Steve Crawford e-mailed me and said CD's are forthcoming for the Manual of Style in a week or so. Can't wait to get my copy.
