Do any of you Forum members have any practical experience with the Yamaha THR 10 version 2 amplifier? If so, what do you see as the pros and cons?
I' m thinking about buying one but would like to hear from those of you have used one. Ease of use, dependability, compatibility with a regular mixing board cost, etc. are areas in which I am interested.

Not someone on this forum but a known pro Tony MacAlpine uses that device.

You can see the Yamaha on top of his amp.
I helped him set up his rig once. He even uses cheap radio shack type rca cables to go to the amp.
Best, you can try your rig with one to see if it works for you.

Yeah Steve if you're in China trying to surf the net is wasting away in Gestapo-vill. 
Since you're in China the THR is actually made in China you may be able to find the amp to check out there..
