Converted back to a U12. I've thought long and hard and I'm just not playing 12 string much anymore so I'm willing to take offers on this amazing guitar. This was peewee whitewings guitar and I somehow got lucky enough to get my hands on it. I don't need to sell this one but would be willing to at the right price. Anyone who knows Rittenberry understands the value of this guitar. Gary will never build another U12. This guitar plays and sounds perfect just like all of his guitars. He built 4,12 string guitars and this was the only one with a wooden neck. It is beautiful mica on the body with a black lacquered neck. The neck and body both have pearl inlay. The guitar is in phenomenal condition as well as the case. About 8 or so months ago I went up to see Gary and he looked over and made some adjustments on the guitar. It is a true gem and a one of one guitar. There is nothing like it. I can't wait to get a 10 string prestige from him. His guitars are just perfect. Pm me or call me with any questions and reasonable offers. 770 598 5111.
Thanks
Scott.

Just got off the phone with Gary. This guitar is very rare as you all know. Hehe told me again that he will not build another u12. This is the only one. He also said this was the only lacquered wooden neck he ever built. There was one other D10 that was wooden but not lacquered. This makes the guitar sound even better. Call me with any questions. 770 598 5111.

Mickey has one of the other 12 strings. Gorgeous guitar. It's extended e9 aluminum neck. Would love to hear yours sing. Bet it's perfect as well.

I sold Scott a guitar,, and saw this one while I was there. I didn't play it, but I did play with all the shifters. I can tell you it felt like butter. No jiggles or noises anywhere. Nice guy to boot.

Very surprised this is still here. Very classy guitar with tone to the bone. Gary is a genius engineer.

I'd buy it if I had the money. I have a LaGarritt SD10 and love it. A Rittenberry U12 is my dream though. Just curious...the pictures only show 5 pedals. Have you hooked up the other 3 since taking the photos?
Awesome guitar, Scott. Best of luck to you.
