I was going through some old photographs and came across a few from the 1970s when The Flying Burrito Brothers played in Cardiff. As you can see from this poor quality image, Sneaky Pete economised on the seating by planting himself down on a flight case. Posterior comfort was obviously not high on his list of priorities.

It was the reformed line-up with Joel Scott Hill and Gib Guilbeau that recorded the Flying Again album. They played a superb set and I got to meet Sneaky Pete and Chris Etheridge after the show.

I wonder if that is how he got his unique tone. Oh no, what have I started? Laughing

Maybe so; look at the posture of the arms....

Oh wait, I forget, it was his mind. How cool to meet the man.
