A recording friend of mine, contacted me a couple of weeks ago to add steel to Against the Wind...
this is kind of a first for me so be gentle, Very Happy Laughing Very Happy ...
Anyhow this is his final mix... CD to come out early next year... more to follow!!!

That one takes me back a few years. It's a nice tune and you did a find job on it. I enjoyed hearing it with your steel complement.

I enjoyed your playing, Dale. Good tone, nice notes. A similar things happened to me and I posted my first attempt at playing steel on a recording. I received more than 200 clicks but no one commented. At least you garnished some response, most likely because your playing is much better than mine. Congrats.

Thank’s gentlemen... I have to admit to feeling a little out of my element, with this, but enjoy what the whole process teaches me about a lot of things... Maybe some of the things Mr Tulbert and others have tried to teach me is getting through... Very Happy

Great job Dale...and great tone. The singer reminds me a little of Gary Stewart.

Thanks Bill... Now that you mention it, I can hear Gary in his voice too... He’s a Heavy Hair Metal guy converting to Country Smile ...
