How hard is the Carter Starter to change over from Emmons to Day setup; 3 floors and 4 knees?

It wasn't hard to switch the A & C pedal cross shafts and rods.
The hard part is remembering if I switched the E raises and lowers. I think I did, and the difficulty factor was the same.

Cool. Day had no E lower that I can tell.
I see from your guitar list that you probably know what you're doing.
I recall no problems making the switch.

Day, like Lloyd (and some others), lowered 8 but not 4.

Can't imagine one limiting them self in that manner. Lowering either string is a good sound... the 8 giving bassier sounds.
