Hi all, I'm considering selling my 8 string console steel and don't have a good ballpark figure for what it's worth. Figured if I gave a description and posted some pics I could get some ideas of a reasonable price range.

It began life as an Overfelt cable pull pedal steel I bought for $800 including high quality case. I didn't like the pedal mechanism so removed it, refinished the body, and converted it to a C6 (A-C-E-G-A-C-E-G) console steel. All hardware is what it originally came with as a pedal steel. The body is also light enough to use as a lap steel. Here's some pix...any recommendations on what I could ask for it?

Thanks!

My opinion would be to try to find some one interested and ask them for an offer. Seems you have much competition out there with extremely high quality offered. Jay Y.
