Add me to the list of players who appreciate everything Dave Beaty and the team over at Telonics continue to do. The fine customer service they provide over there makes that company one of the best in the business.
I had a problem with my Telonics volume pedal that I caused entirely on my own, and not attributable to any defect in the product. I contacted Dave and he had me ship the pedal over, then fixed my issue right away at no charge to me, and even offered to cover the shipping. I was entirely delighted with this level of service and customer satisfaction.
Thanks again to Dave Beaty and the Telonics team. They are a huge asset to the steel guitar community.
