Do you recognize these. I have two of them and not sure what they are. Possibly ZB? The weird pattern on the right end of the first photo is light coming thru window blind, nothing on the pickup.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hey Jerry, I'd be interested if you want to part with them. They have 2 coils-I rewound some years ago and I remember them being wound unconventionally. I think he might have pulled 2 different gauge wires at the same time as opposed to a simple coil tap for varied resistance. Can't say for sure since it's been so long.

Chance, they have several coil taps. I purchased a new BMI in 1979 from Zane and he put very similiar appearing pickups on it except it did not have the coil taps. He later "gave" me two Bill Lawrence 705's (the real ones). (It is truly amazing the things Zane gave me thru the years, the most generous man I have ever known other than my Dad). Anyway, I have kept those BMI pickups thru the years and also have them. You might email me at rollermusic@cox.net and we can get together.
Thanks,
Jerry
